During this time, the elevator will be unavailable, so we kindly ask guests to use the stairs.

If you have large luggage, we can store it at the front desk, subject to available space.

Our staff will do their best to help carry luggage to your room whenever possible. However, assistance may be delayed or unavailable during early mornings, late evenings, or busy times.

By making a reservation during this period, you acknowledge that the elevator will not be available.
