Q. What time is Check-in and Check-out?
A. If your arrival time is later than 11PM, please inform us in advance, as our front desk closes at 11PM.
Please note that your booking will be cancelled if we do not hear from you and you don't arrive by 11PM.
Q. Can I store my luggage?
A. We offer luggage storage free of charge before check-in and after check-out during the front desk opening hours ( 8am-11pm ) Also, for those who have a reservation in the future, we would take care of your luggage for a week. For those who don't, we are not able to handle luggage unfortunately.
Q. Is it possible to send a parcel or luggage to the hostel?
A. We accept parcels prior your arrival. Please kindly include your name and arrival date on the shipping label when sending to us. Please be reminded that the parcel without name and arrival date will not be accepted.
Q. Does the hostel have a curfew?
A. No, there is no curfew at our hostel. However, the main entrance is closed during 11pm-8am. We will inform you the passcode when you check-in.
Q. Do you sell amenities?
A. Yes, please ask front staff.

Q. What's your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellation and shortening the length of the stay within 3 days of your arrival date incur 100% of the total accommodation cost.
・3 days before your arrival day : 100% of room charge
・On the day : 100% of room charge
・No-show : 100% of room charge
Q. Is parking available?
A. Unfortunately, we do not have a parking area. We ask our guests to park in a public parking lot around our hostel.
